With a Master of Science in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte, I’ve been a certified Coaching Professional since 2013, helping my clients across the United States achieve their personal and professional goals.

My expertise is built on 20+ years in the corporate sector along with 10+ years supporting non-profit organizations. 

The essence of my work is to help you build on strengths and opportunities in your personal or professional life. I specialize in creating customize plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals for you, your team or your organization.

I use an inter-disciplinary approach that integrates principles, insights, and methods acquired through a combination these credentials and extensive experience across profit and non-profits sectors.
