My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.

My Story: Becoming an Experienced Coaching Professional

Coaching individuals and teams since 2013 by sharing my own experience in what it means to thrive and not just survive.

Making the choice to reinvent myself after 20+ years in corporate America was the best choice that I have ever made. My path to reinvention included (and continues to include) the challenging work of recognizing my own shortcomings and daring to welcome them as part of who I am. To embrace the most powerful choice of all:  to pursue creating my own unique path with clarity; one not obscured with fear and doubt; rather, a life that feeds my soul.

My goal as a professional coach and consultant is to continually hone a set of tools best suited to to support others in embracing their own path.  An approach to lIfe, work and play that supports much more than just surviving; instead embraces that art of THRIVING!
